    1 Initial contact with Australian Caravan and Campers
    Initially contact our repair centre on 1300 236 036 or email [email protected] and brief us on the damage to your caravan or camper.
    2 Assessment and pick-up
    Sometimes a caravan may not be safe for you to tow to our yard if it has been damaged or, you may wish us to assess your caravan or camper on site. We offer an assessment and collection service where we come to you. Fee’s apply but are normally covered by your insurance company. In some instances we can assess digitally.
    3 Lodging a claim
    You next step is to lodge a claim with your insurance company. Once we have assessed your caravan or camper we can advise the best way forward here to maximise your chances
    4 Claim number
    Provide us with your claim number and we will take over the job from here, liaising with you during the repair.
    5 Finished repairs
    After the repairs are finished in our service centre, we will check the whole van over and set a time with you to pick up.
