Had the best experiences with Australian Caravan & Campers. So glad we chose country service over city. Peter spent most of his Sat morning, going through every part of our new caravan, answering every dumb question with extreme patience and making sure we were safe as possible on our drive home.
Even on our maiden voyage, Peter came out to our camp-site to help with a set-up issue. Brilliant service from Australian Caravan & Campers and can highly recommend.

I melted and damaged the power inlet of our van through running too many outlets due to the cold and therefore needed it fixed to continue on our journey.
Australian Caravans & Campers fitted us in straight away and repaired it well.
They also provided a quote for the s&i of a diesel heater which we will get done before the next cold snap.

We booked in our caravan for its first service on short notice and the team at Australian caravans and campers booked us in within 2 days, the customer service is second to none, the pricing was fair and they done a thorough job with an extensive report.
We spoke to the team about getting a diesel heater fitted and again they got us in quick wich was great because they're very busy down there and again with a great price. We 100% recommend Australian caravans and campers for anything you need done on your caravan or camper.

We had an issue with our electrical 12v system in our Caravan arriving in Lake Hume late in the day. We had no lights and fridge wouldnt work without 12v. This company was recommended to us as they offer a 24/7 after hours service. James was able to troubleshoot over the phone and take me through the steps to reset the electrical system. He came to our caravan park in his own time after work and told us how to rectify the problem. Travelling down from Queensland with our caravan we had some issues with our van’s airconditioner, tunnel boot and the one way water valve we were located at Yarrawonga Victoria and rang Australian Campers in Oxley near Wangaratta! From the 1st phone call to their office and then speaking with James you couldn’t fault the help and service they provided! We drove to their business in Oxley and they immediately got to work solving our issues within 3 hours we were all fixed sorted and on our way again! The communication from them was excellent as with the service and quality of work! I would highly recommend this business for caravaners looking for assistance travelling through Victoria! My Motorhome needed an array of work to upgrade or fix issues with the water heater, plumbing, gas fittings, and water pump. Work was done professionally timely and of excellent quality. Australian Campers just completed a very comprehensive combination of insurance work and personally funded upgrade to our motorhome. The finished job is stunning and we couldn't be happier with the exceptional workmanship, attention to detail and caring of the team.

They worked comprehensively to ensure each challenge was resolved to a very high standard, brainstorming with each other and other professionals to achieve a good result. We couldn't have wished for a better company to take care of us and ensure we had a great experience for such major work on our motorhome.

They were very responsive and attended to our callouts after hours, even on the weekends. We stayed in the area and they came to us to get it sorted. We truly felt very supported... it's unusual to receive that kind of extraordinary service... 10 out of 10. They even provided us with a car for the whole time the work was being done which is very generous.

We followed the advice they gave us and are delighted with the outcome... it will make such a difference to our experience travelling around Australia. We now have a magnificent motorhome thank you.

What a great service James and his team provided, they saved our holiday and got us back on the road. They were able to pick up our trailer on the Saturday afternoon of the 2023-2024 new years long weekend and drop back the same day after replacing 2 anchor points for the leaf springs, doing a rust removal and treatment as well as an external paint. Highly recommended, they are LEGENDARY! Owe them a few beers on the next swing through

Had a water pressure issue with my van on the weekend. Caravan Park recommended calling Sam from Australian Campers, which I did. Left him a message late Friday afternoon and he returned my call within the hour. He was extremely patient and helpful and through process of elimination and his wealth of knowledge we identified the issue. The next morning he popped over as a courtesy and turned out they offer a range of services and build their own vans, which we went and looked at. I was very impressed with their product and would highly recommend anyone to inspect their range

Great Company. We are staying in our caravan, not an Australian Campers van, at Myrtleford. On returning to our van on Friday afternoon, a couple of days ago, we were unable to unlock our van to get in. A call to the RACV and the manufacturer late that day resulted in a temporary solution, thankfully. The following morning two staff members from Australian Campers arrived to assess the situation. Their determination to find a solution for us was exceptional and greatly appreciated. They went to great lengths working through the problem with the door lock. It is now operating sufficiently well for us to continue our holiday and not be concerned about accessing our van.
The professional, friendly and assured approach by the Australian Campers team was one we will remember each time we open our van door.
